Warm Weather Shipping Policy

A WARM WEATHER PACKING charge will be added to bill, we add a minimum of TWO (2) Reusable Ice Gel Paks to the order and we use Thermal Cool Wrap for heat protection in shipping.

IMPORTANT: We will only ship orders that could melt in the hot weather to arrive by Friday of the same week. Your order may be held to the following Monday, otherwise your candy could melt in a hot UPSor USPS truck over the weekend. Remember also UPS does not have regular delivery on Saturday or Sunday while the USPS does deliver on Saturday but not Sunday.

Furthermore, Kreation Specialties, aka K&S Travel & Crafts, LLC assumes NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGED OR MELTED ITEMS SHIPPED VIA GROUND TRANSPORTATION. In addition, UPS Next Day Air, is the recommended shipping option during warm weather conditions.

NOTE: In extreme hot weather conditions, we reserve the right to delay your shipment until weather conditions permit and than we will notify you by email and or phone call.
